Where the blood spiders came from is unknown to most people. It is not known if they were summoned from another plane of existence, if they were created, or if they were natural creatures.

Appearance:

The blood spiders appear to be small spiders that are blood red in color. They are practically invisible in dim conditions. They are the size of a gold piece, and make no noise when they walk or move. They tend to make large articulate webs and have a tremor sense 60’ when in their webs.

Attacks:

The blood spider attacks with a bite. This bite causes little damage to the individual. However it carries potent venom. If the subject fails a fortitude save (DC12) they become sickened for 1 minute. After one hour the other effects become evident. After this time the subject develops a blood condition akin to hemophilia. Any damage that they take from piercing or slashing attacks is doubled. The subject must make an additional save every hour. Failure means the effect is persistent, while success indicates that the creature has fought off the venom.

These would be obscene in a swarm...

I'd change the damage to 1d1-5 to account for the strength penalty of the thing.

Fix the typo (Arctic)

Rework the poison some. Is it a poison or a disease? It seems to function more like a disease with an instantaneous incubation period than a poison. I'd call it something like "Bleeding Sickness" and add some Constitution damage to it. (1d2 or so).

it would have a +8 size bonus to attacks for a total of +3

i would give it finesse as a bonus feat

I have made the necessary changes to the creature. I added Weapon Finesse (Bite) as a bonus feat. This gives them a total of -1 to hit.

I also added a 1 hour incubation time for the venom to take effect.

I appreciate all the help.
