This was written for the Giant in the Playground's community campaign forum, for an Aztec based Orc culture. I'm crap at judging CR. Anyone care to hazard a guess?

Hummingbirds are diurnal birds, and are some of the smallest warm-blooded creatures in the world. The statistics listed here describe a hummingbird at the larger end of the scale.
Combat
Wounding (ex): A creature with a circulitory system that is hit by a hummingbird's touch attack continues to bleed after the initial wound is made. An affected creature loses 1hp every 2 rounds for each wound made by the hummingbird. This effect lasts until a cure spell is cast on the affected creature, or a DC 10 Heal check is made. The save DC is constitution based.
Skills: *A hummingbird has a +6 racial bonus on Spot checks.
Special
An Orc sorcerer or wizard may choose a hummingbird familiar. He gains a +1 bonus on melee touch attack rolls.
