I have never heard of these creatures but they seem to be similar to twiglings. The trolls are allied with them. These were mostly in the books: "The Lone Drow" and "The Two Swords". Ant one have a rule book with these creatures stated out?

ArgulFraster 09-23-07, 02:43 PM	I'm not so sure, BKK. Shambling mounds aren't very humanoid, and what you can see of them is green. Bark isn't usually green.

dfarnsworth 09-23-07, 08:54 PM	I have to agree. Shambling Mounds were more humanoid-looking in earlier editions and the descriptions used fit.
