G3n3rator 04-28-07, 06:17 PM	Where can i found the bone creature template (from book of vile darkness) updated?? I searched in all 3.5 books and updates and i didn't found it. Many people will say "just use the skeleton template!", but the skeleton template is mindless and has no intelligence score. I want a skeleton creature with a sentient mind. Thanx!
Morwen 04-28-07, 08:03 PM	Bone Creature does not have an update anywhere. That doesn't mean you can't use the template, though, you just have to make any necessary adjustments for the 3.0-3.5 transition yourself. Looking over the template, I see no reason to change anything in the template. Nothing in it has different rules in 3.5 than in 3.0.
SD 04-28-07, 08:03 PM	Hey, get ready to be sad! Not everything from 3.0 got an update, either because it's being held for a later book, it didn't merit it (not popular enough, covered better by something else, etc.), or they just didn't have room or time. However, try Dragon Magazine issue #304.
Part-Human2 04-28-07, 10:29 PM	... Looking over the template, I see no reason to change anything in the template. Nothing in it has different rules in 3.5 than in 3.0. Skeletons no longer have 1/2 damage from slashing and piercing weapons; they now have DR 5/bludgeoning.
kinem 04-29-07, 12:33 PM	Just update the DR, and change Weapon Finesse (claw) to Weapon Finesse ... that's it I think!
