Not sure where exactly to post this, but since it's a question about a Monster, I figure it might fit here.

I really really like the Brass Man, a new Construct presented on page 60 of the newest Dungeon. Unfortunately, it seems to have some errors and confusing math in its creature entry.

If anyone can help me with this, I'd be obliged. Since I don't think I'm allowed to post the thing in its entirety, I'll just bring up the parts that confuse me.

Slam Attacks: The attack bonus appears to be one point less than it should be (if you add BAB and Strength, the total attack should be 2 points higher than is listed in the creature's entry. Nowhere is it mentioned that they gain any penalty. They DO have TWF as a bonus feat, but that doesn't apply to a single slam, nor 2 slams as most humanoid constructs have them as natural weapons.
Ignite: Actually, this one's not so much of a problem, but it is irksome. Unlike Flatten, the DC appears to be accurately computed--half of Hit Dice + Charisma bonus. But it is an Extraordinary ability. It's been awhile since I've dug around in monster books, but I thought Ex abilities had to be based off the physical stats of the creature? Unless, of course, they are basing it off of the Heat ability, which is Su... but in that case, wouldn't this effect be the same?
Flatten: I haven't the vaguest idea how they computed the DC for this. It would logically be based off of Strength, but if it was, the DC would be 2 points higher. It can't be based off of Con (as the creature is a Construct), and likely not Dex either, as the darn thing has no modifier. However, the DC is exactly equal to 10 + the creature's Hit Dice. So, my question is, which is the answer? Is it a misprint and the Flatten ability should be higher, or is it based directly off the HD (improving more efficiently as it is advanced)?
Construction Cost: Uhh... it says it requires a spellcaster of X level and with the necessary feat 20,000 gold to craft one. But, at the bottom of the entry, it lists the total cost as 10,000 gp + 400 XP. Which is correct? Finally, there's no 'extra cost' listed for how much money each new Hit Die beyond the 'standard' costs. Is it the 'standard' for Constructs, then? (I believe around 2,000 per Hit Die)

If someone could get me some answers, I'd be quite grateful. I like this creature, I really do, and I want to use it. Unfortunately, either its got lots of bugs or I'm missing something here. Thanks!
