A very large ox charges towards you, maddening screeches emanating from its nostrils and a torrent of fire pouring from its mouth. Its skin seems to be made of extremely hot, almost melting brass and its shape is slightly blurred by heat distortion.

A brass ox is a construct based on a torture implement of the same name, which contains in a hollow container, often shaped like an ox that is heated over a large fire and has two flutes carved into the nostrils. The screams of the burning victims are changed into horrible moans by the two flutes. Like its inanimate cousin, the creature is blisteringly hot to the touch, swallows creatures and emits terrifying sounds. Despite its name, it is sometimes shaped like a boar, a rhinoceros, an elephant or even a triceratops.
COMBAT
The brass ox tries to swallow whole as much foes as possible, then it breaths fire over the remaining enemies. It cannot change tactic unless told to do so because it doesn’t have an Int score.
Breath attack (Su): Once every 1d6 rounds, the brass ox can breathe a 60 feet long cone of fire that deals 10d6 points of fire damage or half on a successful Reflex save against a DC of 19. The DC is Constitution-based and included a +2 racial bonus. The brass ox can also use its breath attack against a creature it holds in its mouth (see improved grab below); in that case, the creature cannot make a Reflex check to lower the damage.
Fear (Su): Once it has swallowed whole a creature (see below), the brass ox emits a terrifying moan (even if the swallowed creature does not emit any sound) that affects every creature in a 70 feet radius. A successful Will save against a DC of 16 is required or the creature is shaken for 1d6 rounds. The DC is Charisma based and includes a +4 racial bonus. A creature that is subject to that effect, even if it doesn’t succeed its Will save, is immune to the moan of this particular brass ox for the next 24 hours. This is a sound, mental and fear effect.
Heat (Su): Any creature that touches a brass ox, including with natural attacks, is severely burned and suffers 1d8 points of fire damage. The heat also damages weapons that touch it its user fails a DC 17 Reflex check. Creatures attacking a brass ox with natural or unarmed attacks are automatically affected.
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, a brass ox must hit an opponent least one size category smaller than itself with its bite attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold and can attempt to swallow the opponent the following round. It can also use its breath attack against a creature it holds in its mouth (see breath attack above); in that case, the creature cannot make a Reflex check to lower the damage.
Swallow whole (Ex): When a brass ox begins its turn with a grappled opponent in its mouth, it can swallow that opponent with a successful grapple check. A brass ox can swallow whole creatures of Large size or smaller. Creatures suffer no bludgeoning of acid damage, but 10d6 points of fire damage every round from the scorching heat. The inside of a brass ox has an AC of 18, 25 hit points and can hold 2 creatures of Large size or twice as much for every category smaller. A creature can escape by dealing 25 points of damage with a light slashing or piercing weapon or a natural weapon. Once a creature has escaped from the inside of a brass ox, the area around the wound melts and regains its form, so that another creature has to force its way out again. If no creature remain in its belly (or all are destroyed), its fear aura stops until another creature is swallowed.

BRASS OXEN LORE

Characters with knowledge (Arcana) can learn more about an brass ox. When a character makes a successful skill check, the following information is revealed, including information from lower DC’s.

DC/RESULT

18 This creature is an brass ox, a magical construct created by a spell caster (this result reveals all construct traits)

23 Brass oxen have a fiery breath weapon, and exude tremendous heat from their bodies, fire has no effect on them but they are more vulnerable to cold attacks.

28 These creatures can swallow whole creatures, and the screams of their victims are transformed into horrifying noises when they do so.

Creation: Uhhh… Sorry, no creation rules (yet?).

A living, killing torture machine! Nice!

The heat ability is WAY too high. You should reduce it to 1d8, the same damage that the ox deals.

You could add trample to its arsenal, like 2d6+15 plus 1d8 fire.

You have to add the construction method for this creature: it rocks.

Well, I ain't good at all to design Creation Rules... Could you please help me fix the CR first? Oh and I lowered the Heat damage to 1d8 so that it's in par with the damage dealt by its attacks.

It should be Huge Construct (fire)
It needs DR, Construct traits, and immunity to magic.
Why does it have scent?
Other than that it's great.

Why does it have scent? By the Gods I don't know! I'll remove it.

Not all constructs have immunity to magic, but you're right about the DR. Maybe 15/+2? And obviously construct traits should have been there, thanks.
