Also, can the air elemental whirlwind cloud throw around dangerous items (Caltrops, daggers, arrows, darts, etc.)?

02-27-04, 11:33 PM As long as they are physically capable of holding a weapon, I don't see why not. They generally wouldn't use actual weapons though, not like a water elemental running around with a trident, or an earth elemental with a warhammer.

So really, I guess its a "Yes, they could if they wanted" its just that they wouldn't normally really want to do so.
