True, the goblin adept lich was rather amusing to read over. Incidentally, it also proves that while you need to have 11 caster levels to be a lich, there aren't actually any high level spell requirements. The template in the MM doesn't say that one need to cast certain spells but what I've seen on these boards is that many people assume that one does. I've also heard of a stone giant lich, he's the king of an underground kingdom of giants. For those who have it, he's in the back of the Underdark book, just flip through the Underdark locations section.
