Can Lycanthropes talk in Hybrid forms... [Archive] - Wizards Community

Same. So long as they have fingers, they can cast spells as per usual.

09-15-03, 08:40 AM That is the point of a hybrid form - to have advantages from both forms. They get the physical ability boost of the animal form, and the bipedal advantage of the humanoid form. The downside is that they stand out and can't blend into the crowd or pretend to be just an animal. Typically they are also slower than the animal form and miss out on some special attacks.
