can the locanthah breath air [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-20-08, 01:43 PM i was wondering about the locanthah (sp) do they have the same resrictions as sea elves ? or are they more amphibian like the kuo-toa? :confused: the monster manual dosent help

02-20-08, 01:55 PM If the monster manual does not specify if it can breathe air (as you've clearly read with the aquatic elves), then it can breathe air.

Anything with the (aquatic) descriptor breaths water and not air, unless they also have the "amphibious" quality.

So yeah then, Locathah =/= airbreathing. Locathah = waterbreathing.
