Shadowfax7 04-19-05, 11:27 PM	I have been trying to convert the 3.0 Catoblepas in the MM2 into 3.5. I have run into the problem of what feats to give it in 3.5 ?? (since in 3.0 the feat formula gives no feats to the Catoblepas) Any conversion already out there ??
