I have a PC who wants to be able to summon the Legions from Chaos Legion. I know absolutely nothing about the game (he let me borrow it, but my ps2 is being repaired).

Does anybody have any stats for the Legions? For right now I told him to use Astral Construct and give them different abilities based on what they do, but I figured I should ask anyway.

Thanks.

Ok, I haven't played in a while, but I can give you the basic over view of them:

Guilt - Sword wielding knights. You could stat these as fighters of the summoner's level with weapon focus related feats on the longsword

Hatred - These could be stated as a humans with powerful build (big legion) and the monk's unarmed attack

Malice - These could be small animated objects that shoot force arrows, which could be treated as magic missles. Maybe the Pulverizer Automaton (MM2 27) stats would work with a bit of editing

Arrogance - Cant remember much about this one. Only thing i can think of is some type of animated, sentient, large shield. You could use the stats for a large animated object that gives the summoner a bonus to AC

Flawed - Can't remember the size, but you could use the stats of a Ninja of the summoner's level giving them a natural claw attack of 1d6 (if small) or 1d8 (medium). Human or hafling based on size would be the best race.

Blasphemy - You could treat this as a Small Living Fireball, cast at the summoner's level. I think after the explosion they respawn near the summoner.

Thanatos - I remember absolutly nothing on this guy

This is all i can do for now, maybe later on today i can actually write them up.

Well, I thought they were constructs.

Also, what would be done for the special attack with them?

I would use outsider rather than constructs, and as for the special attacks, i havent played it in long enough to remember them in enough detail to stat them. This was just the basic over view of them

Actually it may be helpful to go to Chaos Legion under gamefaqs to see if they have any information on them

hehe you are in luck, ive had this game since it came out for PC. currently replying it i am making a pdf with a base class around the character that summons the legion, the organization behind it and the storyline here is what i have so far.

INTRODUCTION

From the outside the inn looked a pleasant house to familiar eyes (even in the dark). There was a large doorway reached by a few broad steps. The door was open and light streamed out of it. Above the arch there was a lamp, and beneath it swung a large signboard; a small goblin shouting and holding a glass of ale. Over the door was painted in golden letters; The Crying Goblin's Alehouse. Many of the lower windows showed lights behind thick curtains. The door opened. A cool air flowed in; it had a rainy smell. A young man entered the tavern, his face concealed by the hood of his cloak. He sat in a far corner and ordered a glass of ale. He kept still in his chair, watching everyone inside as he tapped his wet boots on the wooden floor. A young beautiful waitress passed by his table, he took a quick look at her and kept observing her.
“HEY! Serve me more ale!” shouted one of the drunk customers. “I think you had enough for today Durkon.” Said the waitress. Durkon roughly grabbed her arm and jerked her side to side demanding more ale. “Let her go.” Muttered the newcomer.
Durkon stood up and walked towards him. “What did you say?” “I said let her go.” Demanded the young man. He slowly moved his left hand under his cloak, touching the hilt of his sword without letting Durkon notice. Durkon tossed the waitress to a side and quickly drew his sword from the hilt and motioned forward to stab the young man. He grabbed his glass of ale and kept drinking – suddenly, Durkon’s attack was blocked by an unknown source. Durkon looked to his side and found some sort of armored creature holding the sword who blocked his attack. “Wait! You – you are a legionator?”

The young man stood up and tossed Durkon outside the tavern. Others in the tavern thought of attacking him but did not want to suffer the same fate as Durkon. “Thank you..” said the waitress. “The drink is on the house, how can I ever repay you?” “There is no need to thank me, I am sure any of the fine gentlemen here would have done the same” Shouted the young legionator. He began to motion towards the door when he was suddenly stopped by her. “Wait! What was that thing? Why did Durkon got so scared when he saw it and called you a legionator?” asked the waitress. “ I am a knight of the Ovelia Order… nothing more.” Replied the legionator.

This book presents the struggle of the Ovelia order against the Cult of Azrail known as the Purifiers. Like the Expanded Psionics Handbook, this book presents a new system that is similar to magic but different, the path of the Knight of the Dark Glyphs is not easy. The heart of this system is Chaos Legion and the crests to summon its forces. This system draws elements both from the psionic and incarnum system.

The Order of Saint Ovelia

The order worships Ovelia, the saint of order and souls. They are a dedicated organization that prevents the cultists of Azrail to unleash Chaos and its spirits. Among their ranks their most common is the path of the Legionator, they bind the legions of Chaos to their service and keep them in control. While this may seem confusing and contradictory to people outside the organization, the Order believes that the only way to control the forces of Chaos is by controlling chaos itself.

The Cult of Azrail

The cultist revere Azrail the spirit incarnation of Chaos. They are in constant war with the Order and their legionators who binds the legion to their service to protect the 3 glyphs that seal Azrail from ever entering the material world. They believe that twisting and binding the souls of does who died is a sin, and the world needs to be purified in other for the spirits of Chaos to walk freely among the worlds.

The legion

Legions are the invaluable tools of the Order. By creating crests and storing the essence of creatures (living or not), the Order is able to summon the Chaos Legion. As a legionator advances its path in the teaches of the Holy Dark Glyphs he can enhance his bound Legion summons.

Legion’s Crests

The crests are powerful items that allows the legionator to summon Legions. A legionator has two ways of gaining a crest: One is by forging its own crest or by obtaining one from an legionator or creature carrying a crest.

It will take me at least 3 days, coming up with a crest system and all the legions and the organizations, it will take some time. For example, all the legions are within crests, you can only equip two crests, when the legion is not summoned his sword glows and is srroudnined by the souls he collects, when the yare summoned the souls sorounding the sword dissapear, so i believe the crests are equiped or merged within the sword... wil ltake me some time to work on this ill let you know.
