Children of Pestilence

You see what seems to be a small child. At least that was your initial impression. As you take a closer look, you see it only resembles a child. It has the general shape of a human, but its face is twisted and contorted into a mess. Its mouth is always partially open; with many thrashing tentacles inside replacing, it's tongue. For hands, it large claws that drip with poisonous materials. It's eyes glow pure green and the being has a demonic grin to it.

Children of Pestilence are twisted creatures created from the corpses of children through a ritual known as the Transformation from Innocence (detailed further down). Children of Pestilence are created as shock troops by many sick necromancers who manage to get hold of the corpses of children.
Children of Pestilence are barely sentinent, with the intelligence of only the most primitive of animals. They rely of pure instinct to kill, as that is all they know.

Combat

Disease: Whenever Children of Pestilence hit an opponent with their claw attack the opponent must make a fortitude save (DC10) or take 1d4 constitution damage. If they failed the save yhey then suffer a 1d8 incubation period, forcing them to make another fortitude save (DC10) every 24 hours after the infliction, or take an additional 1d4 constitution damage.

Strategies and Tactics

The Children of Pestilence know very little tactics. They only thing they realize in combat is the end goal to make the enemy fall. Unless commanded otherwise the Children of Pestilence will continually attack the opponent with their claws inflicting as much damage as possible, also hoping to inflict their opponents with their disease.

Lore

Knowledge (Religion)
DC 13 - Children of Pestilence are undead creatures.
DC16 - Children of Pestilence have poisonous claws.
DC19 - Children of Pestilence are created through a process known as the Transformation from Innocence.

Ecology

Children of Pestilence when left to their own devices have very limited consciousness, resorting to a primitive animalist urge to kill. This is because that is all they were created to do.

Society

The Children of Pestilence, list most unintelligible undead, have no society of their own. They are usually found in the accompaniment of other undead if put into a combat squad, but on their own they savagely stalk the nights attacking people as if they were animals.

Hit Dice: 3d12 (20 HP)Down, we round down. Allways down, should be (19 hp) :P

Amour Class: 15 (+2 Dex, +3 Natural, +1 Size)Armor Class: 16(+1 size, +2 Dex, +3 natural), touch 15, flat-footed 14

Full Attack: +3 Melee 2 Claws (1d4+2 and Poison)-2 penalty doesn't apply here, just like in your other monster. Full attack claws are both at +5.

Special Attacks: Poisonous ClawsYou should probably just say "poison" here, a name like "Poisonous Claws" makes me think that it's a unique ability, as opposed to mundane poison.

Skills: Move Silently +8Since you list Move Silently, you may as well list it's Hide, which is pretty decent due to size modifiers. It would be at a +6.

Poison: Whenever Children of Pestilence hit an opponent with their claw attack the opponent must make a fortitude save (DC20) or take 1d2 constitution damage.DC 20? It should only be a DC10, (10 + 1/2HD + Cha(for undead, Con normally).

If these are supposed to be infants, they should be tiny at least. But I couldn't see them as being combat effective in the least, so you may want to note that these are not "infants" per se...

Unless of course you want them to be, in which case you should let us know how they can do more than nibble on people's ankles, since they would barely be able to move, and would be able to reach little more than peoples shins.

Corrected mistakes, and I also changed it so it's not an infantine baby but a child.

Amour Class: 16 (+2 Dex, +3 Natural, +1 Size), Touch 15, Flat-Footed 14

Natural Armor bonuses do not apply to Touch AC. Touch AC should be Size (+1) plus Dexterity (+2) = 13, not 15.

Base Attack/Grapple: +1/+3
Small creatures recieve a -4 special size modifier to grapple checks. Grapple check should be BAB (+1) plus Strength (+2) plus special size modifier (-4) = -1

Attacks: +5 Melee Claw (1d4+2 and Poison)
Full Attack: +5 Melee 2 Claws (1d4+2 and Poison)
Special Attacks: Poison

Don't call your creature a "child of Pestilence (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=Pestilence&db=*)" if you don't know what the word means. Making a "child of pestilence" that deals poison damage is like creating a creature called a "Venomlord" that only has Stunning attacks.

Poison: Whenever Children of Pestilence hit an opponent with their claw attack the opponent must make a fortitude save (DC10) or take 1d2 constitution damage.

If you're going to use an attack called Poison (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#poison), you really should try to follow the rules for how poisons work. That means you list both the poisons primary damage and it's secondary damage. If the poison doesn't have a secondary damage, you say "secondary damage: none".

Also, undead (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#undeadType) do not use their Charisma modifier in place of their Constitution modifier for everything, only for Concentration checks. Creatures that have no Constitution score (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#nonabilities) use a modifier of +0.

I know what Pestilence means monsier. I have a morbid fascination with it, my brain just wasn't functioning to it's greatest capacity during the labelment. I made some changes and changed it to a disease of sorts.
