A little known deity by the name of Rag'un has begun to insinuate himself into society. His crazed cultists murder polotics and clerics of more conformist gods with alarming openess, they freely admit of their crimes. Rag'un teaches them that they should destroy those in goverment, and raise their bodies from the dead to further their nihilistic needs. Those they ressurect sacrifice their intellect somewhat, but in return gain unholy strength and Rag'uns favor.
Children of Rag'un look like a half-decayed humanoid body. The hands, neck and feet have been skinned, leaving open red muscles constrasting with the pale dead skin. Its most horrific feature however is the very gift Rag'un presents them. A gigantic arm that erupts from their shoulders, sitting impossibly imbalanced where its head should be. It is a pale, purple color with yellowed claws and Rag'uns symbol carved into its palm.
Though they have no mouths, Children and Rag'un can speak Common, though they prefer not to talk and frighten their opponents with a strange hissing, roar noise they can emit.

COMBAT
Children of Rag'un prefer to be blunt and direct in combat, throwing themselves into a fight 'head' first. They are aware that Rag'un will protect them from lawful individuals, but if in dire need they wont hesitate to cast some spells.
Improved Grab (Ex): A Child of Rag'un that hits with its slam attack may start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it succeeds in its grapple it can rend an opponent on its next turn with a successful grapple check.
Rend (Ex): If a Child of Rag'un hits with its slam attack, it can latch onto its opponent's body and tear the flesh. This attack automatically deals an extra 1d10+10 points of damage. It also can rend with a successful grapple check once it has established a grappling hold.
Spell-Like Abilities (Su): At will -- no light*, vampiric touch. 3/day -- cone of cold, corrupt summons*, finger of death, sap strength*. Caster level 12th; save DC 13 + spell level.
Rag'uns Grasp (Su): Children of Rag'un are treated as if always having protection from law cast on them, so long as their alignment remains chaotic neutral.
Turn Resistance: A Child of Rag'un is treated as a 7-HD undead for the purpose of resolving turn, rebuke, command, or bolster attempts.
Undead Traits: A Child of Rag'un is immune to poison, sleep, paralysis, stunning, disease, death, effects, necromantic effects, mind-influencing effects, and any effect requiring a Fortitude save unless it also works on objects. It is not subject to critical hits, subdual damage, ability damage, ability drain, or energy drain. Negative energy heals it, and it is not at risk of death from massive damage, though it is destroyed at 0 hit points or below. A Child of Rag'un cannot be raised, and resurrection works only if it is willing.

*These spells can be found in the Book of Vile Darkness.

Namechanger, I think you have a (more common than I would like) misconception that chaotic neutral is the "insane" alignment or of all alignments is the most insane one. This is not true. No alignment is more or less sane than another. Alignments determine ethics and morality, not healthyness of a mind and capacity for reason. I person who sees broomsticks as amputated legs and chair arms as human members is just as likely to be LG as CE. Insanity is a malfunction of the mind, a disruption in the healthy mental order and thought processes, not a disposition towards impulse, individuality, and emotion.

But they would be CN, because Children of Rag'un generally aren't insane. Rag'uns dogma is a nihilist one, meaning his clerics want to destroy all forms of goverment. So, therefore, not wanting to involve themselves with moral debate, they take on a purely anarchist approach to things. They dont kill innocent people, only those who they fight against, this would include any adventurers fighting them, regardless of alignment. I hope that has cleared things up...;)

Yes, namechanger...

Okay, that's cleared up.
Having said that, this group sounds more like chaotic evil than chaotic neutral. I mean their destroying government by killing anybody with a position of power. If they removed the corrupt officials it would be chaotic good, and if they just petioned to get them to step down or threatened them somewhat then they would be chaotic neutral, but here they seem chaotic evil.

Thanks for showing intrest mate, I really appreciate it :D. But again, I think I cant explain...

They dont care wether the goverment is good or corrupt, they simply hate law. Though anarchists, they would never dream of hurting innocent people. They are some arrogant and beyond stubborn, but they do, surprisingly have morals. Just likr Rag'un himself...

The way you wrote it is just sounded like they slaughtered anybody ranking higher than "assistant assistant acting secretary to the chief of staff for the VP of the office of toenail clipping disposal regulations" (in other words, the way you wrote it I thought they killed anyone connected with the government.)

PS: Going through a recent identity crisis?
PPS: Also the fact that they have spell-like abilities from the BoVD doesn't make them appear any more neutral either.
PPPS: Of course many things from the BoVD are really just icky or spooky instead of evil, like deformity feats , and the spell that works like cure disease but has the [Evil] descriptor because it has a handful of bile as the material component.
