Any thoughts on what a chockers stats would be as a PC race? ECL, stat adjustments, special abilities, ETC.

I would assume they'd be chock full of goodness!

My ideas (assuming you meant Choker):

Choker
*+6 str, +4 dex, +2 con, -6 int, +2 wis, -4 cha
*Speed: 20ft., Climb 10ft.
*Size: Small size. All of the goodies that come from small size
*Aberration type
*+4 Natural AC
*+8 racial bonus on climb checks and may always take 10.
*Improved Initiative as a bonus feat
*Despite it's size, it has 10ft. reach
*2 tentacle attacks (1d3 damage)
*Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, a choker must hit a Large or smaller opponent with a tentacle attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold and can constrict. Chokers receive a +4 racial bonus on grapple checks, which is already included in the statistics block.
*Constrict (Ex): A choker deals 1d3+3 points of damage with a successful grapple check against a Large or smaller creature. Because it seizes its victim by the neck, a creature in the choker’s grasp cannot speak or cast spells with verbal components.
*Quickness (Su): Although not particularly dexterous, a choker is supernaturally quick. It can take an extra standard action or move action during its turn each round.
*3 Racial Aberrational HD. All of the goodies that entails.
*LA +7

LA Breakdown:
Quickness +3
Unbalanced ability scores +1
Small size -1
Other natural abilities +3
Reach +1

You know, your thoughts look good, but I don't know, it doesn't seem like the chocker is on par with a LVL10 character.

That whole quickness ability is more than enough to keep them as far away from PC's hands until the PC wizard can polymorph himself into a choker in order to abuse it.

I agree with Wyrd Bearer, I think the intentionally left out an LA for the choker because its quickness ability is far too powerful to be in the hands of a PC.
