Chocobo mount [Archive] - Wizards Community

rather than reinventing the wheel.. i thought i would use existing stats

the deinonychus (raptor) seems to be boths structurally and ability wise similar.

Do you think it would be ok for my players to capture one and attempt to train it for riding?

02-21-05, 12:21 AM There are stats available in Dragon #323 for Chocobo mounts. Paladins are able to select them as their Special Mounts at 5th level, in place of a horse, too. I'm not sure about Druids, but I am pretty sure they can choose a Chocobo companion at 1st level.
