11-25-03, 05:19 PM The Fang Dragon of Faerūn is normally chaotic neutral. Course, a DM can always give them a different alignment (just check out the Wyrms of the North column at http://www.wizards.com/dnd/DnD_Features_Nav.asp?L=FR_WN for examples; also good for examples of dragon names).

And among the gem dragons, Topaz and Crystal are CN.

11-25-03, 06:24 PM Chaos Dragon, true dragon from the Draconomicon is chaotic - can be good, neutral or evil. Song Dragon is either chaotic good or chaotic neutral.
