Oi! I'm making a dinosaur-oriented, primitive campaign and I need as much reptile and prehistoric stuff as I can get. I understand that Serpent Kingdoms has a lot of stuff that I could use, but so far I have been unsuccessful in hunting down a copy. I have gotten some stuff from Dinosaur Menagerie, but I still need more. I need races, monsters, feats, maybe even new class ideas. Also, are there any reptile-oriented gods? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! :D

Well, I don't know of any other than Apep the Serpent God and Sobek the Crocodile God (both RL Egyptian dieties found in Sandstorm, both sadly of Evil alignments), but I've taken some liberties to create some of my own to help you out. Here's the start.
Paphan'Jubeyt
Alignment: Neutral
Portfolio: Lizardfolk, gorgonopsians, typhoons.
Domains: Animal, Earth, Liberation, Scalykind, Weather.
Divine Rank: 13
Favored Weapon: Spear.
Paphan'Jubeyt is also known as the Lord of the Storm, and is worshipped faithfully by most lizardfolk tribes. From those who claim to have seen his true face, Paphan'Jubeyt resembles a gigantic gorgonopsian, with gold-capped fangs and silver-embroidered skin.

Kheirocar
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Portfolio: Underworld, theropods, fire.
Domains: Animal, Fire, Law, Repose, Scalykind, Strength.
Divine Rank: 18
Favored Weapon: Greatsword.
Kheirocar is always depicted as an anthropomorphic tyrannosaurid with radiant blue scales, clad in golden full-plate and wielding a flaming greatsword. He is in an eternal struggle with the other saurian god of the underword, his brother Balrojon. It is said that if he is ever to fail, the undead hoardes shall spill over the world for the rest of time.

Balrojon
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Portfolio: War, evil undead, vampiric dinosaurs (new template to be added later), dinosaur zombies.
Domains: Chaos, Darkness, Death, Madness, Scalykind, Trickery, War.
Divine Rank: 18
Favored Weapon: Longsword.
Balrojon is the brother of Kheirocar, blood red instead of radiant blue, and violent in the extremes. He knows that if he can kill Kheirocar to keep him from guarding the Underworld's gates, he can unleash millions of saurian undead upon the unsuspecting world.

Syloros
Alignment: Neutral Good
Portfolio: Sauropods, earthquakes, good-aligned giants, thought puzzles.
Domains: Animal, Earth, Knowledge, Nobility, Scalykind, Strength
Divine Rank: 15
Favored Weapon: Greatclub
No one really knows what Syloros looks like, for he always sends a celestial apatosaurus to send his messages instead of appearing to his clerics in person. Rumors run from him being too frail and weak in appearance to leave to possibly too big to descend upon the ground.

In frostburn there is a race called Neanderthals and a Prestige Class called “Primeval”, they would be perfect for your game.
Also in Complete Adventure there are Prestige classes "Animal Lord" and “Beastmaster”.
In Complete Divine there’s a new base class called “Spirit Shaman”. All these would be great in your campaign.

Ick...I remade neanderthals for my own games a while back. They aren't subhuman brutes, WotC! They don't need a penalty to Int! *Pant, pant* Um...anyway...I'll have some new races up soon.

I would really like to see your take on neanderthals. Also, awakened dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals are welcome. I can use all the help I can get. :D

A few thoughts on deities: The draconic pantheon Kurtulmak Semuanya
If you are desperate enough and short on time, Savage Species's Reptilian template might be worth the occasional dust-off.

Most importantly: the Dinosaur Menagerie (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=422781).

Least usefully: Raptor Jesus (http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/index.php/Raptorjesus).

I agree, but they are still better then the Half-orcs.
