| XIII09-12-05, 10:42 PM | I am DMing a game where all the characters evolved into something else, One became a Half-fiend, another a Half-dragon and so on, but one of my player (collecter of all the Spawn comic books series) want his character to become something like spawn. I was thinking about making a template, but since i didnt experiment much with the rules (playing for about 1 year in 3.5, never in 3.0 and lots of years in 2.0) i never created any template. So the question is : How would you make this Hellspawn template? Any suggestion welcome! And sorry if the subject was already discussed. Thanks |

Let's see... 1. sentient costume, with chain attacks and awareness (Spot? Listen?) 2. limited pool of energy, which he can shape into magic effects (shadow conjuration/evocation, teleport, light, whatelse?) 3. extraplanar undead type. 4. cloak functions as a portal to hell (planeshift? 1-way gate?) Did I miss any spawn abilities? List them out and then compare with other templates like half-fiend to get a feel of it. See Savage Species for LA. |
