| Aleister Crowley02-01-06, 09:14 AM | What I have read, it seems to me that, monsters that advance and get a new con mod will apply it to all its HDs. ex from MM2, Example of Monster Advancement, page 21 Old: 6d8+12 (Con 14) New: 13d8+52 (Con 18) 14 con gives +2 mod, and "6*2 = 12" 18 con gives +4 mod, and "13*4 = 52" So according to MM2 the new mod applies to all HDs. I thought that seemed alittle strange, and just want to get if confirmed that it is the right way to do it. I am working on a Monster making program, so I want to be sure to get it right :) |

| Aleister Crowley02-01-06, 04:31 PM | So it applies to PCs aswell, it is quite funny cause recently we decided to make con changes apply retroactively in our gaming group, believing that it didn't apply retroactively :) We just thought it was easier that way. |
