Would a construct be effected by an anti-magic effect? Since they are a permanent magic item, I would assume that their automation would be suppressed. I couldn't find any direct rulings, but does anyone have any ideas or page numbers?

Thanks.

i dont have page numbers, but i do remember reading that they DO work in ati magic fields. It may be in the dm guide under the construct type.

Like undead, there is magic involved in their creation, but they continue to operate in AMFs. Certain special abilities may not be able to work, however. Summoned undead and monsters will "wink out" in an AMF.

I read that only incorporeal undead winked out in an AMF.

Any summoned criature disappear in AMF, but not the called criatures.
