Big_gun 08-28-03, 03:48 PM	In the Monsters of Faerūn (3.0) there is a Ruby Golem with regeneration 10 because it's damage by acid. But it's a construct and not subject to subdual damge. Which damage does it regenerate? It takes no subdual damage, but it heals 10 subdual damage every round :confused: Anybody have a good answer? Big_gun
cwslyclgh 08-28-03, 03:53 PM	sure in 3.5 rules creatures with out constitution scores cannot have regeneration. So the Ruby Golem simply can't have it. IIRC monsters of faerun was one of the very first 3e books to come out, and the writers on it didn't work on the 3e core rules, so perhaps they didn't realize exaclty how regeneration worked in 3e... it is likely that it will be changed to fast healing if the ruby golem is ever reprinted.
