Are there any good D&D books out there dealing with artificiers/constructs? I'm looking to use constructs along with undead in my first campaign, so....

if you don't mind using 3rd party (non WotC) D20 books, then Encyclopedia Arcane: Constructs from mongoose publishing, might be helpful to you

There's nothing wrong with most third party books. Question: do you trust creations from board members? They are third party. I trust Mongoose, Green Ronin, Goodman Games, Sword & Sorcery and a few others.

I do, but that's different. When people on here create stuff I automatically assume they're using a WotC book.

Is there not an Absolute Artificier or something I could use?

Third party publishers use WOTC material.

Well, I'll just use the Encyclopedia Arcane: Constructs until they do come out with an Absolute Artificier or a Book of Gears and Cogs or whatever.
