Could someone please tell me if they have ever seen any official rulings on this subject or a better place to ask this question if not here. I have noticed many of the Constructs in the Monster Manual have spell requirements to create, that far exceed the level of a character who should be able to create the construct. For example, the Flesh Golem has a caster level requirement of 8th to create, but also requires the spell limited wish to create. Is there any way for an 8th level character to cast limited wish? If the answer is for the character to have someone else cast the required spells, then why have level limits at all on the creation feats? By this logic a level 1 fighter can create +5 swords, all he needs is a high level mage to echant the item and cast the spells for him. If i'm way off please enlighten me. Thanks in advance for replies.

Scrolls would work. As well, having a mage work for a couple months on a construct, and then 'port over a friend to cast wish, is quite a bit easier on the wish-casting mage
