Creating swarms [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-11-07, 10:40 PM There don't seem to be rules in the monster manual concerning creating swarms. For example, I want to create a swarm of Froglings (see Book of Challenges, it stinks but i kinda like the Froglings from one of the encounters). where would I find any rules for the creation of swarms?
