Shmeff 01-09-07, 07:10 PM	I am a new dm, and am looking for creatures that make use of the creature spawn ability, or something like it, such as chaos beasts. I only have the basic monster manual, but i need more creatures that can use spawn, especially at lower levels.
greendragon 01-09-07, 07:18 PM	I don't have my MM with me, but I do remember that Ghasts (CR 3) can create spawn, speciffically Ghouls. Wights can also create other Wights, and I believe they are CR 3. Some of the Shadows do too, but they are probably more powerful than you want. Most of the creatures that can create spawn are undead, and I believe the Chaos Beast is the only non-undead one. But like I said I don't have my MM with me, so I may be wrong.
