Skye Silverleaf 05-06-04, 09:01 AM	I am currently running a modified version of the free WOtC adventure, EYE OF THE SUN . Instead of a jungle, the adventure is taking place in a warm forest environment, and the lizardmen have been substituted for Bugbears. In this adventure, the lizardmen keep a pair of monitor lizards as guard-dogs, and I was looking for suggestions on a more Bugbear-friendly substitution. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Since yer using bugbears...and they are CR 2....id say yer low levelish...lvl 6 tops? id say use a Gray Render, its CR is 8, they are known to adopt anything as family, and protect them. Pending on character levels, this should proove as a challange, but it may be too powerful..... perhaps 2-4 worgs? These can be Guard/Riding Mounts...says they associat with goblins sumtimes...so...why not?
