Creatures and Heroes of Magic the Gathering [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-13-05, 10:40 PM :confused: I want to run a Magic: The Gathering Campaing during the time of the Phyrexian Invasion. I saw a very good idea of what wold bee if the campaing setting was created but i need help to do the stats of the heroes and monsters of Dominaria during that dark time.

i will accept all ideas, and help that can be given.

09-14-05, 09:50 AM Without having played magic in a long time, I'd say alot of the creatures are effectively made, you just have to give them a different name.

Chivan Dragons could Adult Red Dragons, Force of Nature could be a Spirit of the Land, Lord of the Pit could be a Pit Fiend or Balor, etc, etc.

As to the newer, and more specific creatures to this Phyrexian invasion. WotC makes both D&D and MTG. There's hints of each in both, you just have to look through the books.

09-14-05, 10:09 AM Turn main characters into NPCs and turn individual cards you want to include into creatures, spells, and magic items. As previously stated, some cards could be substitiuted for existing creatures. Whether the Phyrexians are constructs or undead is kind of beyond me, though. They seem like both. :eek:
