No. The elemental is not just somehow linked to the golem, it's actually physically (and spiritualy) trapped within the golem. did the undead link to the Plane of the Negative Energy ? If yes, are there a mean to cut the link with the Plane of the Negative Energy ? The mean must not be surnatural or a spell. There actually a psionic power called Cut the Link that works against undead. Howeder it "merely" deals damage, it does not autokill. Short answer: No, there's no way that is not somehow [Su] or [Sp] and even if you cut the link, it does not autokill. Note that outsideres/elementals called to the prime material plane don't have any links to their homeplanes that you could use to attack them
