Caster Level 1, weak abjuration aura
A wandering one's straw hat takes up the headband slot, and protects the wearer from all hardships of natural weather, including rain, snow, hot or cold climate, hail, and wind. It does not protect against natural disasters, such as gales, blizzards, and hurricanes, and it does not protect against magical weather-based attacks such as call lighting or gust of wind.
