I own Savage Species and Im trying to create a Rakashasa as a PC. But what would his cross class skills be? Im thinking Sorceror list is the closest for him but I could be wrong?

if you're using the savage progression, it should list the class skills for the Rakshasa. As for cross-class skills, all non-class skills are cross-class skills for that class. There are no specific cross-class skills for anyone, other than "those skills that are not class skills"..

Hmm but then what about the whole untrained deal for skills? It says some skills are untrained yet they are also cross class skills.

I'm confused... or you are, or maybe we both are. Class skills mean they go up one rank for each skill point you put into it, cross-class skills are all other skills and require 2 skill points to go up one rank. Untrained means you can't use the skill (at least not to its full benefit, read each skill) unless you have one or more ranks in it. And remember, bonuses to a skill such as from high abilities don't count as actual ranks. Hopefully I explained that right.

I see. Well cross class skills are still not listed for the monster classes. Some skills are NOT universally cross class after all.

If it's not a class skill, it's a cross-class skill. Either A or B. There is no C. It is sans C.

From the SRD under Rakshasa:
—Racial Skills: A rakshasa’s outsider levels give it skill points equal to 10 x (8 + Int modifier). Its class skills are Bluff, Disguise, Listen, Move Silently, Perform, Sense Motive, and Spot. A rakshasa has a +4 racial bonus on Bluff and Disguise checks, and it can gain further bonuses by using change shape (+10 on Disguise checks) and detect thoughts (+4 on Bluff and Disguise checks).

All skills not on this list are cross class skills for a rakshasa. If the rakshasa takes levels in a class then that class’s skills become class skills as well.

Untrained means one has no ranks into it.

Cross class and untrained have nothing to do with each other.

Cross class skills are simply those skills that are not class skills for that particular character, the skill is not on the class skill list for that character’s class or classes.

Untrained means that you can make a check with that skill even if you have 0 ranks in that skill, whether or not it is a class skill or cross class skill. On table 4-2: Skills if it says “yes” under the Untrained column you can use the skill with 0 ranks in it, such as Balance or Sense Motive for examples. You would still add your Ability modifiers to the roll as well as any other modifiers, such as the +2 from masterwork tools while making an untrained craft check.

Trained means that in order to make a check with that skill you must have at least 1 rank in it, whether or not it is a class skill or a cross class skill. On table 4-2: Skills if it says “no” under the Untrained column you must have at least 1 rank in that skill to use it, such as Decipher Script or Tumble for examples.
