Andrelvis 03-08-05, 12:47 PM	I'm needing to quickly convert the First Quest adventures to 3e(or 3.5). but I unfortunately don't have the Montrous Manual yet, and I'm needing to convert the adventure... I'm having no prob converting most stuff, my only prob is with the CRs for the monsters... Could you please tell me what their CR is? These are the monsters: Gnoll Giant Frog Giant Rat Lizardman Meat Worm(sp?) Giant Bat Constricting Snakes Giant Spider Voodoo Zombie Neogi(3rd Level Wizard) Orc Captain Poisonous Snake 2nd Level Wizard Black Bear Perfurator(the stalactite monster) Worg Child Red Dragon Dwarf Duergar 3rd Level Cleric Thanks in advance and sorry for putting so big a list here, but I'm REALLY needing it.
superdeadsmurf 03-08-05, 07:34 PM	I gave you the CRs there for the ones I could, or I explained why I don't have the CR. Some of the creatures listed had multiple CRs based on Size and/or hit dice. I also noted where I could when you named something incorrectly or whatever. These are the monsters: Gnoll 1 Giant Frog (not in MM1) Giant Rat (dire rat: 1/3) Lizardman (lizardfolk: 1) Meat Worm(sp?) not in mm1 Giant Bat (dire bat CR2) Constricting Snakes (Constrictor snake CR 2, Condtrictor Snake, giant CR 5) Giant Spider (Monsterous Spider: Tiny: CR 1/4; Small CR 1/2; Medium CR 1; Large CR 2; Huge 5; Gargantuan 8; Colossal 11) Voodoo Zombie (Not in MM1, normal zombies CR is equal to 1/4th it's Hit dice) Neogi(3rd Level Wizard) (Neogi is in MM2 I think, but it's CR 3 at least) Orc Captain (whatever you want it to be... by class level) Poisonous Snake (depends on size, ranges from 1/3 to 3) 2nd Level Wizard (CRs of PC classed humanoids without extra hitdice are generally equal to it's class levels) Black Bear CR2 Perfurator(the stalactite monster) (not in MM1) Worg (CR 2) Child Red Dragon (Wyrmling: 4, very young 5. juvenile 6) Dwarf Duergar 3rd Level Cleric (1 for being duergar, 3 for cleric levels for CR4) Thanks in advance and sorry for putting so big a list here, but I'm REALLY needing it.
