greendragon 08-02-06, 06:14 PM	Are there any published rules for a cyclops? I want to include them in my world, but I don't know if I need to make my own or not.
necrom99 08-02-06, 06:25 PM	i've looked everywhere, because i wanted the same thing...i even had a cool mini painted up and ready to go.....there are none....they ceased existing after AD&D 2Ed. so what i did was use the Ogre as a template and say that since Cyclops' have no depth perception so they got a natural -15 to ranged weapons and gave them a bonus +2 to str took away there dark vision because i figured they would be mountain dwellers living in shallow caves rather than in dungeons...and i left there CR the same.....it kinda worked out too.......but i agree it would be cool, albeit i dont currently own the MM4 but i have all the others.
pres_man 08-02-06, 06:35 PM	There were some cyclops in a dragon mag I think. Yet you probably just use hill giant or ogre stats for them, depending on how tough you wanted them.
