Demonfey (Fey'ri) [Archive] - Wizards Community

When i read the books from "the last mythal" series i got the idea to let my group have an encounter with the fey'ri (demonfey) in the Cormanthor (I like those half-Elf-half-Demons).
Unluckiliy i did not found any statistics for these monsters the books i own. Can anyone tell me in which direction to look?
Are they decsribed in any of the newer monsrous compendiums?

03-15-06, 05:03 AM Technically the Daemonfey and Fey'ri are two different things. The Daemonfey are half-fiend gold elves (half Tanar'ri), while the Fey'ri are the Daemonfeys' descendants, a true-breeding line of essentially elven tieflings.

03-15-06, 05:53 AM Well, since i'm playing 3.5 i wonder if the stats given in the 2001 release of the monstrous compendium Faerun are still up to date ....
But thanx nonetheless fo te info, i'll guess it's best when i grab my copy ;)

03-15-06, 07:24 AM The rules for creating a feyri character is detailed in Races of Faerun. :) The only change I can think of is to change its dr10/+1 to dr10/magic.

03-15-06, 08:51 AM They also make terrible NPCs since their CR is 2 + class levels and they don't have any racial hit dice. You're better off inventing your own stats or just using the stats for a tiefling with wings.

03-16-06, 12:36 AM They actually make decent low lv encounters. Especially if you give them the magic in the blood feat, and some damaging SLAs like charm person/suggestion/enervation, combine with alter self, or swap it out for dr if you think its too fragile.

03-16-06, 11:35 AM How is a creature that can't survive for more than a round but nevertheless has a decent chance to kill a PC a good encounter? It sounds an auwful lot like flipping a coin to me: heads a PC dies, tails nothing happens.
