Is there any way to make a hollywood style werewolf without the dire wolf variant of lycanthopy? Something like the Call of Cuthulhu template. Now that was scary (then again, even the standard werewolf template would have been scary in a CoC campaign, considering the power level of the characters). |

Just rule that none of the fun bonuses like natural armour and similar don't occur in human form, and no detections will turn it up. Otherwise, I apologise for rambling. |

No, I want a monster wolf capable of shredding apart golems, but isn't the standard werewolf in the MM. Basically, what I'm asking is if there are any alternative werewolf templates out there. Or a conversion of the template from CoC, I liked that one, but I'm too lazy to do it myself. At least that's what I asked then. Now I have come to terms with the reality of the matter. I'll just go play Werewolf; the Forsaken instead. But, by all means, please do continue the disscussion here. It's an interesting subject. |
