02-04-05, 01:13 AM Hi. I'm looking for a Dhampire or Half-Vampire Template. Specifically I need one that can apply to Humans. Where can I find one covered in a WotC product?

02-04-05, 01:28 AM Librus Mortis has a half-vampire template, as stupid as the idea of a "half-undead" template is.

02-04-05, 02:31 PM I don't see anything particularly stupid about a half-vampire template in general. Why? Cause 1) we're dealing with the supernatural and 2) There are some odd circumstances that arise, such as the one featured in "Blade".

You could do everything from a natural birth to a vampire woman, or divine grace granting a second chance, or failed transformations, or maybe the vampires are toying with the thing, only allowing a fraction of their power to transfer over.

But yeah, libris mortis has it. Unfortunately I'm not to impressed with it. You essentially give up a few levels for minor damage reduction, minor fast healing, and a few other minor things.
