Said to have been created either by a deranged chef turned magician, or a draconic mage wishing for a more interesting dessert, the flan is a monstrous mockery of culinary creation. They are given foul life through gentle scalding, and a long baking time in a water-bath. Drenched in a slimy, sticky pale tan sauce, the flan is well known for overwhelming unfortunate folk in its sweet embrace, leading to a sticky absorption.

Engulf: (EX) Although it moves slowly, a flan can simply mow down Large or smaller creatures as a standard action. It cannot make a slam attack during a round in which it engulfs. The flan merely has to move over the opponents, affecting as many as it can cover. Opponents can make opportunity attacks against the flan, but if they do so they are not entitled to a saving throw. Those who do not attempt attacks of opportunity must succeed on a DC 19 Reflex save or be engulfed; on a success, they are pushed back or aside (opponent’s choice) as the flan moves forward. Engulfed creatures are subject to the flan's drowning in the slime ability, acid, and are considered to be grappled and trapped within its body. The save DC is Strength-based

Drowning in the Slime (EX) An engulfed creature must immediately make a fortitude save versus DC 18 or start drowning as the flans nauseating flesh begins to force its way into the engulfed victims' airways.

Sticky (EX) Any creature striking a flan with a manufactured or natural melee weapon must make a reflex save vs DC 19 or be stuck fast to the flan. Opposed strength checks can free the weapon, or it can be let go. Creatures striking with natural weapons are treated as grappled and may be subject to the flans’ engulf and drowning in the slime abilities. Once a character saves against this attack, it is immune to any further sticking, since the weapon is coated in the stuff.

Slimy (SU) Everywhere a flan goes, it leaves behind a slick slime that effectively mimics a grease spell as cast by a 10th level sorcerer. The flan is immune to its own slime.

Ooze traits

Mindless: No Intelligence score, and immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects).
Blind (but have the blindsight special quality), with immunity to gaze attacks, visual effects, illusions, and other attack forms that rely on sight.
Immunity to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, polymorph, and stunning.

Not subject to critical hits or flanking.
Proficient with its natural weapons only.
Proficient with no armor.
Oozes eat and breathe, but do not sleep

Also, this beast has managed to kill a 4th level elven cleric, and a 4th level barbarian/sorceror in a normal 30X30 room.

I refer you to this (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fools/20030401a) monster.

Hp are wrong average would be 115 (5.5 x10+60)
Grapple is +15 (BAB+7, str +4, size +4)
Fort is +9 not +7

engulf (Ex) is a listed ability in the monster manual for the gelatinous cube either use those rules or change your abilities name. The way you describe it your using improved grapple.

Drowning in the Slime (EX) why do I immediatly start drowing, I could assume it forces its way in my body but if not I should just be able to hold my breath either way you need to describe this.

Sticky (EX) "Any weapons or creatures striking a flan with a natural weapon"

reword this: the way it is written only natural weapons are stuck. I think I know what you meant to say was that if your attacking tar your sword would be just as stuck as your foot.

I dont' buy the immunity stuff oozes deal with thier nature by having the split ability, but that is just me I hate total immunites, that is why I like resistances and reductions.

It looks pretty good. The adhesive ability from the mimic could be a good thing to take instead of Sticky.
Engulfed is more like Improved Grab.
Edit: You know why I like Oozes? You get to power attack the bejeezus out of them. AC 4? Yeah, he's a goner. Also, try to drop hints about taking debilitating spells that go after the reflex save. Off balance the ooze!

Ah, I knew the saves and stuff were quite wrong, simply because I posted this (correctly I might add at 6 hit dice.) I recently added 4 more to make sure it was a CR 6 encounter.

Ok, it's been fixed.
