This has to be an epic level monster

The strawberry blonde woman with horns floats toward you slowly with her head lowered. As she approaches you realize her eyes glow with a feral rage, and you feel the wind swirl about you as if some invisible force moved the wind around her body.

Diclonius
Medium fey
Alignment: Often Chaotic Evil
Full Attack: 4 vector arms +30 melee touch (10 meter reach)
Special Abilites: Vector Arms
Feats: Combat Reflexes,

A diclonius can be very dangerous. Only a few are known to exist, and they are well hidden beneath the surface in specially designed prisons.

Vector Arms: These arms have a range of 10 meters and provide the diclonius with an array of abilities. While most Diclonius have four of these, the more frightening ones have up to twenty.

-A +7 deflection bonus to AC
-The ability to deflect all ranged attacks
-+20 bonus to grapple, trip and disarm attempts
-The ability to infect a victim with the Silphiet Curse, an epic magical disease.
-Each arm takes attacks of opportunity separately as if it were a distinct creature.
-They are treated as having the vorpal and ghost touch qualities.

Silphiet Curse: On command, a Diclonius can infect a male of any humanoid race with its essence, causing any child he fathers to become a Silphiet, which is essentially a sterile half diclonius. The curse can only be lifted by a wish or a miracle.

Silphiets lack the ability to pass on the Silphiet curse to others, but they can be as strong as a full fledged Diclonius. However, they have more potential to be good aligned, because they may grow up in a loving family and be infused with positive energy. Silphiets infused with negative emotions quicky switch to the Unseelie court and become evil.

Yeah, you probably want to write down the stats as if it were in the MM or something because... this crap means nothing to me right now.

maybe she's so angry because her species has such a suggestive name.
