The size increase tables in the MM and MM2 cover change in Strength, Con, etc., but are there any rules for the change in Speed you would expect from a larger creature?

For example, say that a Large Dire Bear was advanced to Huge, and then became the target of an Animal Growth, thus making it Gargantuan. Would it's Speed still be 40 feet?

My adhoc ruling would be that you get an extra 5' to your base move for every size increase. But I imagine that there is some kind of official ruling on this somewhere...

Accourding to MM, speeds stay the same.
I'm looking at page 208, with the various entries for Monstrous Centipedes. It's got a speed of 40 at Large all the way up through Colossal. Monstrous Scorpions all move at 50 ft, regardless of size too.
