I just noticed this . . .

Special Qualities: A half-dragon has all the special qualities of the base creature, plus darkvision out to 60 feet and low-light vision. A half-dragon has immunity to sleep and paralysis effects, and an additional immunity based on its dragon variety.

So do half dragons sleep? Or does that refer only to being forced to sleep (via magical, alchemical, or whatever non-normal means one might employ).

Dragon Type:
-Immunity to magical sleep effects and paralysis effects.
- Dragons eat, sleep, and breathe.
So, just like other creatures of the dragon type, half-dragons are immune to spells and effects that cause sleep, but still need to rest every night (I'm assuming for 8 hours) to avoid getting tired.

Dragons do sleep, they just can't be forced to do so.

You can lead a dragon to a great mound of gold and gems and items, but you can't make it sleep on it?
