Manual of the Planes has the Xag-Ya and Xeg-Yi which could be considered positive and negative elementals respectively, in that they are considered native to those planes. The Xong-Yong from the Planar Handbook is a sonic energon, which as is close to force as I can think of. Never really seen anything in 3 or 3.5 ed that could be considered a "Magic Elemental".
Mithral Icesilver 08-21-05, 10:13 AM	There's an ooze made of magic in the MMIII. Unsuprisingly, it's called the Arcane Ooze. If I were to make a magic elemental, I'd probably start from that.
