Dolgrim Wokan
3 HD
Feats: Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot
Ability Scores: -3 STR, +1 DEX, +2 CON, +1 WIS,+2 CHA

Duel Spellslinging: When using a full round action a Dolgrim can use 2 Ray spell like abilities in a round.

Caster Level 3
Spell Like Abilities At Will:
Ray of Energy: Acid, Fire, Cold, Electricity, 1d8 damage, Ignores SR
Ray of Enfeeblement: 1d6+1 STR penalty
Ray of Clumsiness: 1d6+1 DEX penalty

Spell Like Abilities 1/Day
Ray of Weakness- 2nd LVL Arcane Spell
Ray of Stupidity 2nd LVL Arcane Spell

Is it below or above a CR 3?

04-05-06, 07:41 AM I cant really tell you what this monster is, other than it has 3 HD. I'm sorry, its just that stuck with me. 3 HD, huh? Is it possibly 3d6 HD? 3d4 HD? I can't tell. I hate to be rude, but don't post 3 HD, we don't automaticaly know exactly what your talking about. Be more specific. The more specific you are, the more help you'll be able to get.

Ray of Stupidity and Ray of Weakness? I don't know what they do, other than that they're a 2cnd level arcane spell, of a sort. That doesnt help me much.

And his ability scores are just confusing. What does that mean, does that mean his bonuses? Does that mean that this is a template and you apply it to things and the stat numbers here change the orignal creatures abilities? I don't know.

Please excuse my rudeness, but how in the nine hells of baator am I supposed to tell you whether it's a CR 3 based on the information you've given me?

My bad, I was assuming that would cover it for people familiar with the monster in question. I guess I should have wrote up a complete stat block, but I wasn't sure if I was allowed to do so, because it isn't in the SRD.
