I've noticed that in some of the monster listings monsters are listed as having DR of two different types. Sometimes I see an "or", like "Damage Reduction Cold Iron or Good". Sometimes I see "and". For example, a lich has DR 15 "Bludgeoning and Good". Is this just a little conjunction placement misfunction, or does a weapon have to be both bludgeoning and good aligned in order to overcome a lich's damage reduction?

It must be both bludgeoning and good-aligned.

Afirm. "Bludgeoning and Good" requires a weapon which is both "Cold Iron or Good" requires a weapon which is... well.. Cold Iron or Good, really.
