| strenoth02-28-04, 01:53 PM | What woudl be a fair and balanced way to take these two familiar enhancing feats, and let them stack? if combined with a high enough BaB, Improved familiar can allow one to have a familiar of the power of a Winter Wolf, and a wyrmling dragon is similiarly powerful (more so really). My current thoughts are: allow familiar earlier and/or bump the natural armor increase chart to match the standard familiar chart OR Maybe allow a hatchling to stay with the sorcerer when it becomes Very young? this second idea opens up the concept of a chain of feats (which woudl likely be Epic) that allow the caster to have an ever more powerful dragon familiar, each feat having a certain caster level prerequisite Just tossing around a couple of ideas here... |
