If you had a Monster or PC or NPC or whatever, which has a Breath weapon expressed in number of rounds, and it happened to have Sor/Wiz levels..... Would you apply (or allow a PC to apply) Metabreath feats to the breaths from the spell Dragon Breath? (as the breath is expressed in number of rounds between breaths....)
darkkender 01-31-04, 12:45 PM	yes, because if you read under the description of the metabreath feats they even reference a hellhound would be able to take a metabreath feat. So with that reasoning I would allow it as a gm.
