T_K 03-25-07, 04:38 AM	Hi, Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I've been wondering about dragon cohorts. My character will soon convert to a Blackguard and needs an impressive minion. I'm set on a young black dragon. Question: do dragon fiendish servants have the Fiendish template or not?
runestar 03-25-07, 07:11 AM	Fiendish servants do not automatically come with the fiendish template (the term fiendish refers more to their purpose than the template). There is a feat in champions of ruin which applies the fiendish template to your servant though.:)
T_K 03-25-07, 09:13 AM	Ok, thanks a lot! After closer inspection, the servant would be pretty powerful even without the template. The Share Spells feature gives it access to all sorts of powers like Divine Sacrifice, Claws of the Savage (Huge size claw attacks!) etc. They're cool, not just in a practical sense. I'm no munchkin, so I hope the new pet won't ruin the game. :(
