Assuming you are asking if a Dragon's DR is magical or not, I believe by RAW that it is considered supernatural, as it is DR/magic.

Anyways, as per the FAQ, it is Supernatural, so it goes away in an AMF, if that's what you are worried about.:)

11-09-06, 12:15 AM Yup, a dragon's damage reduction is supernatural in origin, meaning it's fueled by magic. You stick one of them in an AMF, and they become much easier to damage. Course, your magic weapons don't work either, so it typically doesn't really help to do this. Although, it would also kill the Breath Weapon, so it might be smart after all.

It's more of a good thing actually. If dragons retained their dr in an AMF, this could be problematic to the party if the dragon decides to encase itself in an AMF(a very popular tactic I must add), since their weapons cannot overcome the dr.

The suppression of dr ensures that the party fighters don't get screwed over unnecessarily.:)

Of course, it also means that you won't get any spells, and in straight-up melee, dragons are practically unstoppable.

Ditto.

I wouldn't prefer fighting a dragon in an AMF, either. Not only are dragons superior in melee, but you probably have much more need for your magic than the dragon does, since the spellcasters in your party are likely to have access to higher level spells in relation.
