So, he'd have access to ... 190/2... 95th level spells, assuming he'd taken Improved Spell Capacity 85 times. *whistles* And he'd still have room for ... 134-85 ... 49 more feats. Kinda impractical. Lessee, all known metamagic feats added to one spell adds ... how many levels? So, take that many levels, and that should be the maximum number that he has of Improved Spell Capacity. You aren't seriously considering sending your players up against this thing, are you? Since their gods are about 60th-80th level, depending on the god?

No he would have access to epic spells. Remeber spells do not go past 10th level. He casts spells a 190th level caster so saves vs his spells are 190 + 10 + spell level + any additional spell modifiers + his charisma modifier. And yes I do intend for them to fight this at one point. Fun part is this is the weak one, the others are a prismatic and Adamantine.

Caster level has nothing to do with save DCs. The DCs would still be 10+spell level+cha modifier. The dragon can make good use of the highen spell feat though (and arcane strike).

Sorry for that. I must be thinking of something else with that. Well I still have a lot of work to put into this guy and his bretheren. By the way this is a template dragon.

Wouldn't it be easier to just use critters this big as a plot device? I mean you basically stated out Ragnarok! Do your players actually have the capacity to stand before this thing?

Unless you actually happen to be running an Epic level game with lvl 50-60 PCs, this guy is just so horribly overpowered that his stats become meaningless. I mean, really, his stat block looks like something out of Final Fantasy, not D&D. If you just want to say "He's big, bad, and he can make you go dead in one hit", then just do that. There's no point in statting out something his powerful unless your PCs stand a very good chance of actually being able to go several rounds with him.

I want to end the campaign with a big bang. Most of the campaign is the characters trying to stop the revival of it and the two others. They can stop it from being revived. If this helps anyone I do own the Munchkin's Player Handbook...
