As the title implies, I am wondering what template would best represent a humanoid being injected with draconic cells, and what not to create a steroid of sorts to the humanoid creature.

The person becomes massively buff, skin takes a red hue, eyes bulge a bit, person usually thrown into a murderous rage.

That flavor text above aside, I doubt halfdragon would be a good representation of what I ask, as obviously, that is someone who is part dragon.

Interesting idea, any specifics on how to make it more draconic?
Any changes to the special abilities?

You could easily treat it as Draconic Grafts with the Berzerking Cursed property

Probably loose the Int penalty (draons aren't known for being dumb), give it energy resistance, give it a bite attack and have it take on a more draconic appearance-like you said: changes in skin, eyes, etc. CR would probably be an additional +1 on top of Feral increases, and LA would more realistically be a +3 or +4

Draconic template might work too, but what do you mean by steroid? One of those cliched (yet still fun) degenerative stims that gives you a short-term boost, a permanent transformation, etc.

I guess this is something from Libris mortis or something?

I guess your typical mad scientist injection sort of thing. Where the person becomes permanently stronger and all that.

I could care less for LA, as this in no way will ever be used for a actual PC on any kind. The ideas sound good, however, what would the amount of Energy Resistance be?

Also I don't think I am really going to base it off any specific dragon color/type, really just dragons in general.

I also realized my whole campaign reason for this was that a mad scientist that made a so called alliance with the Cult of Tiamat. The scientist mostly deals with a new parasite he found, that being the Metroid. So I was figuring that maybe eventually he mixes Dragon cells/blood and what not with Metroid cells to make a fast and powerful creature.

The Feral Template looks like a good idea here
