Upon, transformation, the dragonborn can choose a breath weapon usable at will, a level-upgraded low-light vision/blindsense/darkvision combo or a level-upgraded pair of wings (like the raptoran). Are we talking about a new and improved half-dragon template ? or something more or less ? |

Consider the comparison: A dragonborn gets either a breath weapon OR wings OR senses, and gains no natural weapons. A half-dragon has fly-speed twice its land speed, natural weapons, a better breath weapon until 15th level (and longer/bigger until 12th), WAY better ability scores, the same immunities as a Mind dragonborn, an elemental immunity, and vision powers equal to a Mind dragonborn of 6-8th level. It also has a +3 level adjustment, while a dragonborn has no apparent adjustment. It looks good to me... half-dragons are more "dragony", but cost a lot of levels for the benefit. |

I like the breath weapon at will, although that would cost the flying abilities and senses. Lets wait until we see the complete character options in "Races of the Dragon". :dragon: |
